What areas do you coach on?
As a Life Coach first, Hypnotherapist next, I coach in multiple areas of her life. Primarily, I coach my clients through minimizing the criticism, and increasing praise so that they can unapologetically rediscover their life's purpose, reconnect to their dormant pleasures and reignite the best possible relationship with themselves from the inside out.
How many weeks is the IntiMEcy Coaching Program?
The IntiMEcy curriculum is offered over a 12 week period. We meet LIVE weekly for 45mins and we communicate via SMS or email (depending on your preference).
Do we meet in person?
At this time, all services are offered via Zoom.
What is the format of the coaching sessions and group programs?
1:1 weekly LIVE IntiMEcy coaching sessions follow a customized regimen that is developed during our initial sales call so you meet your anticipated objectives, through experiencing optimal results.
In the IntiMEcy digital course, you follow the curriculum, integrate materials from the workbook & recommended tools, receive support via selected communication channel and a monthly LIVE support session to get your questions answered, so you meet your anticipated objectives, through experiencing ultimate outcomes.
What is the difference in therapy and coaching?
Both are worth investing in. We actually complement each other's work. I have credentials beyond what's required in my field. That was by choice so I could be best suited to serve at a higher vibration. It's been said that therapists help with mental illness and coaches help you build mental fitness. But what is mental fitness you might ask? And what good does mental fitness do? Most define mental fitness as a proactive approach and practice that ignites well-being, performance, and growth.
